Our role and the results

IZARA took the lead on developing a digital strategy over the next 3-5 years, covering a digital journey that ensures the transition from heavy on-prem to modern, scalable solutions and builds an organization that supports future capabilities to reach ambitions. We delivered and presented a complete Digital Strategy, road map, and execution plan based on several recommendations on IT objectives, transformation projects, cost, and investments.
