The customer had to establish a Master Data Team to drive the data clean-up and maintenance. Specifically, for Retail, a Master Data setup for POS was required for the Chinese setup. Afterwards, the Chinese setup had to be implemented worldwide in all retail stores of the company.
IZARA was part of the initial Master Data Team at the Bangkok manufacturing site and led the Global rollout of Master Data as part of the POS solution. We acted as a general key task force member, continuously improving data quality across IT infrastructure worldwide at customer sites (HQ, manufacturing sites, retail stores, and franchise stores).
