Master Data Management

The customer is designing, manufacturing, and marketing hand-finished and contemporary jewellery
The customer had to establish a Master Data Team to drive the data clean-up and maintenance. Specifically, for Retail, a Master Data setup for POS was required for the Chinese setup. Afterwards, the Chinese setup had to be implemented worldwide in all retail stores of the company.

Our role and the results

IZARA was part of the initial Master Data Team at the Bangkok manufacturing site and led the Global rollout of Master Data as part of the POS solution. We acted as a general key task force member, continuously improving data quality across IT infrastructure worldwide at customer sites (HQ, manufacturing sites, retail stores, and franchise stores).

A foremost shipping firm headquartered in London, delivering maritime services, operates offices throughout Europe and Asia
The customer had a legacy platform with business-critical applications built in-house that needed to be more scalable. Therefore, they decided to change the ERP platform to a cloud-driven D365 and industry-specific integrations to modernize a best-of-breed platform based on best practices and standardization.

Our role and the results

IZARA acted as the Project manager, responsible for completing the delivery of the scope implementation, including integrations, stakeholder management, team responsibility, identification of risks and dependencies, and reporting to the steering group.

We assisted private equity on a potential acquisition with IT due diligence covering IT organization & Governance, IT capabilities, skills & systems, Data & reporting, IT security, and change readiness assessment.

Our role and the results

IZARA’s role was to assess the scalability and flexibility in the current IT landscape and conclude to what extent the company was data-driven. Within just a few weeks, we managed to conduct interviews with several different stakeholders, get demos of current core systems, and deliver a complete report consisting of red flags together with recommendations for meeting future ambitions.

The end customer required an experienced Senior Program Manager within MS Dynamics 365F&O to manage the overall project implementation.

Our role and the results

IZARA has been our overall Program Management responsible for the global ERP Dynamics 365F&SCM project upgrade. We managed the projects worldwide in every detail and kept the overall strategic view of the project, allowing us to suggest changes to meet the company’s long-term strategy.

IZARA took the lead on developing a digital strategy over the next 3-5 years, covering a digital journey that ensures the transition from heavy on-prem to modern, scalable solutions and builds an organization that supports future capabilities to reach ambitions. We delivered and presented a complete Digital Strategy, road map, and execution plan based on several recommendations on IT objectives, transformation projects, cost, and investments.
